The school does not have any officially registered buses/carpools but if guardians are interested to tie-up with private vehicle owners to pick-up and drop their children on time & while ensuring safety measures, we request you to get in touch with the security compliance officer at our school to know more.

WE REQUEST YOU TO BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING:
  • Shri Shikshayatan School (a unit of Shikshayatan Foundation), which was established in the year 1954 does not own school buses.
  • Students commute by public and private vehicles organised by parents on which school management has no direct control.
  • The below mentioned action plan was initiated to reduce the level of congestion during peak hours:
To make a No Parking Zone on Lord Sinha Road & Pretoria Street

From 7.00 am to 8.30 am and again from 1.30 pm to 3.00 pm

Dispersal of students of Shri Shikshayatan School 
  • Utilization of the rear gate, which opens on to Pretoria Street.
  • During dispersal at 2.30 pm, students will move bus-wise which would be marked alphabetically (i.e A, B, C, D etc).
Organise parking of Chartered Buses 
  • On Pretoria Street
  • On AJC Bose Road
  • On Theatre Road
